We all know the remedial benefits of a spa and sauna. You lie back and release all those unwanted toxins and stresses, promoting a wonderful feeling of satisfaction and well being. Pamper your body whilst you relax in tranquil mountain surroundings.

Our infrared sauna is built from authentic hemp wood which gives off an aromatic scent for your enjoyment. The hot tub spa features directional jets, swirl jets, massage jets, and neck jets to help you relax.

Luxury towels, soft fluffy robes, slippers, relaxing CD’s and a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine provided for your indulgence.

Sauna and Hot Tub Spa Sessions

Sessions in the on site Binda Retreat are only $40 per person. This includes:

• one half hour in the sauna
• one whole hour in the hot tub spa

When booking your sauna and hot tub spa session, it is advisable to bring some swimming attire with you to wear whilst using the facility.

• AM: strictly by arrangement and dependent on availability of bookings
• PM: 3pm – 9pm and dependent on availability of bookings

The Binda Retreat is offered to our guests who have already booked accommodation and want to make use of this facility by relaxing in style.

Please note if you have recently had treatment for a heart condition, blood pressure or you think you may be pregnant please obtain approval from your doctor before you use the sauna or spa.
