We accept MasterCard, Visa, Bank Cheque or money orders for deposits. 

Credit Cards, EFTPOS or Cash accepted for balance of payment owed on arrival.

Tariff includes:

Light afternoon tea on arrival
Fully cooked or continental breakfast of your choice
Complimentary transport to and from any local restaurant or function venue
within a 10 km radius of Kalorama
Tea and coffee making facilities available at all times in the guest dining room
Bar facility in our guests' dining/sitting room with complimentary beer, wine, soft drink
and bottled water (1 per person)
 

Check-in day of arrival : After 3 pm

Check-out day of departure : 10 am

Holly Gate House is
an Adult Retreat only.  Not suitable for pets.

Cancellation Policy

Bookings made directly to Holly Gate House and subsequently cancelled prior to
7 days of arrival date will have the deposit refunded less $40.00 administration fee.
Forfeiture of deposit for cancellations made within 7 days of arrival.
If bookings are made through a booking service, the deposit is non refundable.
If a payment is made by credit card then the guest must show the card on arrival to confirm payment,
and that any accidental overpayments can only be refunded on the original credit card used,
after the guest has stayed
Gift Vouchers are non refundable and are valid for 3 months only, they are not redeemable for cash, and can only be extended beyond the validity period at the hosts discretion (Host = the owners and operators of Holly Gate House)

Holly Gate House has a no smoking policy indoors, however there are outside smoking areas provided
